"End-to-end product development — from brief to bulk, across 10+ international brands."

Based in Paris. Specialised in women's RTW — tech pack creation, supplier coordination, critical path management, and fit. Trained in Kyiv, refined in Paris. I've worked both brand-side and factory-side, which means I understand the constraints on both ends of the table.

The process I built

01

Brief alignment before anything goes to suppliers

Every style went through a structured brief review with the creative director before a single spec was written. Ambiguities resolved at source — not discovered mid-sampling.

02

Precision tech packs with zero interpretation gaps

Each tech pack included full construction notes, graded measurements, material call-outs, and annotated flat drawings. Suppliers received everything needed to build correctly on the first attempt.

03

Pre-sampling supplier calls for every new or complex style

Before proto submission, I ran a technical alignment call with each supplier. This eliminated the most common source of first-sample failures.

04

Structured fit comment logs — no verbal-only feedback

Every fitting produced a written, numbered comment log tied to the tech pack. Suppliers received precise, actionable corrections. Revision rounds dropped significantly.

05

Critical path ownership — 50+ weekly actions tracked

I owned the full development calendar across atelier, sourcing, and production teams. Five seasons delivered without a critical path failure.

Result

90%+ first-sample approval rate sustained across 3 consecutive seasons and 100–180 SKUs per season — across 7 suppliers in 4 countries. The system I built became the standard process for the brand's development cycle.

FLS Bulgaria

Product Development Manager · Paris & Sofia · Nov 2024 – Apr 2025 · Multi-client · Hybrid

"Most PMs work for one brand. At FLS Bulgaria, I ran simultaneous product development for 10+ international clients — while physically operating between two countries, two creative cultures, and two sets of constraints."

The challenge

Each client had their own creative director, their own aesthetic standards, their own delivery pressure — and none of them knew about each other. My job was to be fully present for all of them, without anything slipping.

What I built

A multi-client tracking system that gave me visibility across every style, every stage, every supplier at once. Every client had a dedicated development sheet — tech pack to bulk — with a single source of truth for revision history, fit comments, and delivery status. No information lived in emails or verbal conversations. Everything was documented, versioned, and traceable.

How I operated between both

Paris creative teams needed someone who understood their vision precisely. The Sofia factory needed someone who spoke their technical language. I operated between both — translating creative intent into technical reality, and factory constraints back into solutions the client could work with.
